PL-KSCJ
The Single-Knit Jacquard Machine has the ability to complete "intarsia-like" single knit constructions, utilizing Pailung's CAD software "Pandora". Spandex yarns may be plaited to create three-dimensional effects, knitting up to three colors or with an additional striper mechanism (model PL-KDCJ/CS). Pattern changes are computerized, saving several days of cam and needle changes. The jacquard capability creates the opportunity for short runs and quick pattern changes

Pailung’s Three-End Fleece Knit Jacquard Machine features jacquard patterning capabilities on the face, tie, and loop yarns powered by our exclusive "Pandora" CAD software. This same patterning capability also provides the ability to "body map" technical yarns, leveraging fabric performance. The jacquard capability creates the opportunity for short runs and quick pattern changes, knitting up to three different colors.

PL-KDPS-HP
Looking to surpass the competition? With a higher number of feeds, our Cut Loop Pile Machine (model PL-KDPS HP) offers improved production performance with a high pile direct shearing function. Moreover, this machine includes three tracks on the dial and four on the cylinder. One dial track is dedicated entirely to managing the loop knife, alleviating the need to change cams when adjusting a pile height that can range from 4 - 12 mm.
