KMS can be accessed from anywhere in the world by computer, tablet, or phone giving you complete control no matter where you are.
PART REPLACMENT TRACKING
Tracking maintenance on machines has never been easier. KMS alerts you when you have any upcoming parts that need to be replaced on each machine. Once a part has been replaced, the machine will notify KMS, and it is stored in our database automatically. Using our Part Replacement report, you can view all parts that have been replaced on each machine. This allows you to track how many revolutions and hours the part was on the machine.
NO HASTLE SETUP
Our experts will come to you to setup KMS. Our machines use ethernet connections straight to your network for fast and reliable communication. Not only is it easily supportable by any IT department, it also eliminates special networking bridges and cost to bring data from the machines to the database software.

ORDER TRACKING
The KMS budget feature allows you to keep track of all of the orders you receive. You can then plan ahead of time which machines and knitters are working on each order. Using our budget reporting feature, you can view at any time the kgs produced, the efficiency of the machine, downtime, and how long it took to complete the order.
INCREASE EFFICIENCY AND REDUCE DOWNTIME
All machine and employee functions are logged and available for review at any time. Inefficiencies are easily identifiable and addressable, ensuring that production increases. If a machine goes down, KMS is automatically notified so you can instantly see what machine stopped and why it stopped, which increases the response time for getting the machine back up and running.
